Hi Reader,

It's the final week of our Gluten Free on a Budget email series! Over the past 5 weeks we've covered:

This week, we're covering restaurant copycat recipes. This excites me for 2 main reasons:

  1. Expensive: Dining out can be so expensive. I practically sign the bill with my eyes closed anytime my family of five goes out to eat.
  2. Risky: Unless a restaurant is 100% gluten free, there's always a chance of getting glutened, which kind of puts a damper on what's supposed to be an exciting and carefree experience.

Luckily the 5 take-out fake-out recipes are dead ringers for the real thing. SO good, WAY less expensive than going to a restaurant, and 100% gluten free!

šŸ—“ Week 6: Restaurant Copycat Recipes

1ļøāƒ£ Chicken Pad Thai

2ļøāƒ£ Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas with Red Sauce

3ļøāƒ£ Pasta Fresca (Noodles & Co. Copycat)

4ļøāƒ£ Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup (Panera Copycat)

5ļøāƒ£ Restaurant-Style Chicken Fajitas

āļø Week 6 Tip

Sometimes I'll pick up gluten-free salsa and cheese sauce from our favorite Mexican restaurant to pair with homemade tacos or enchiladas. It adds "dining out excitement" without breaking the bank.

You can do this on Asian-style night too. Pick up inexpensive miso soup or steamed edamame to pair with Fried Rice, for example.
