Hi Reader,

While we may not agree on the importance of cranberry sauce or green bean casserole on the Thanksgiving dinner table, I think we probably align on the fact that Thanksgiving isn't Thanksgiving unless there's Mashed Potatoes and Gravy involved.

They're iconic, and I've got delicious, gluten free recipes for both!

Healthy Mashed Potatoes

First is my Healthy Mashed Potatoes. What makes these potatoes a little healthier than traditional mashed potatoes is also what gives them an objectively better, creamier texture. Test run a batch with dinner sometime this week!

Gluten Free Gravy

If you’ve ever been personally victimized by a jar of gloopy gravy, or an overly-salty gravy seasoning packet β€” come to the homemade side. There’s nothing like it. Glossy, savory Gluten Free Gravy is spoon drink-worthy and can be made either with roast turkey juices, or pre-made stock/broth.

Sometimes I'm surprised, though often I'm not. That said, want to know which two dessert recipes were the most popular on Thanksgiving last year? It's probably not a surprise that my ultra-cozy and perfectly-sweet Classic Apple Crisp came in at top spot. What was surprising, at least to me, is that my Classic Dirt...

bowl of peanut sauce noodles

Hi Reader, A friend recently shared with me that she'd made a delicious dish from another website for lunch and, while it was incredible and worth the effort, the prep time was WAY longer than what was listed on the recipe. I felt that because, despite our best efforts, sometimes us recipe creators can be a little off in this area because folks chop at different rates, some might like to fully prep ahead of time before starting to heat up pasta cooking water, etc. Either way, I know it can be...
