Sometimes I'm surprised, though often I'm not. That said, want to know which two dessert recipes were the most popular on Thanksgiving last year? It's probably not a surprise that my ultra-cozy and perfectly-sweet Classic Apple Crisp came in at top spot. What was surprising, at least to me, is that my Classic Dirt Cake was the second most popular dessert recipe! While these recipes may appear on paper to be total opposites β one fall-themed and fruit-based, one summery and chocolatey β what they have in common is that they are TOTAL crowd pleasers. They can also be prepped or made entirely ahead of time, which is helpful on a crazy, food-based holiday. Will one of these reader-favorite recipes find its way onto your Thanksgiving table this year? Classic Apple Crisp

Hi Reader, A friend recently shared with me that she'd made a delicious dish from another website for lunch and, while it was incredible and worth the effort, the prep time was WAY longer than what was listed on the recipe. I felt that because, despite our best efforts, sometimes us recipe creators can be a little off in this area because folks chop at different rates, some might like to fully prep ahead of time before starting to heat up pasta cooking water, etc. Either way, I know it can be...
