#1 Crock Pot Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

This recipe is the definition of "nourishing". Brothy, flavorful, and super simple too. It's been a healthy go-to of ours for years. Serve with gluten free crackers and/or fresh fruit, though no extra side dish is truly needed.


#2 Shrimp and Asparagus

This 15 minute, 1 skillet dish is made with a handful of ingredients and bursting with fresh flavor - very spring-forward. Serve as is or with sauteed cauliflower rice for a low-carb option, or with cooked white or brown rice.


#3 Chicken and Broccoli

This saucy stir fry is protein packed and comes together quickly. Serve with white or brown rice.


#4 Big Mac Salad

I've been seeing a version of this recipe everywhere on social media this past week, for good reason - it's delicious and wholesome! Serve over lettuce as my recipe shows, or turn into "Burger Bowls" by scooping the toppings over roasted potatoes, or store-bought frozen french fries or tater tots. Regardless - don't forget the special sauce!


#5 Chicken Shawarma Bowls

This recipe is as fun to look at as it is to eat. So gorgeous and β€” I know I sound like a broken record β€” PACKED with flavor. Package up leftovers for lunches that you'll actually look forward to eating. The recipe is plenty filling enough, though serving warm Gluten Free Flatbread on the side is a really nice touch.
