The other day she sent me a photo of a bumper crop of tomatoes growing in the garden. "What do I do with all these tomatoes?!" she asked. I felt like I'd been training for that moment all my life. 😂 I immediately sent her all my favorite tomato recipes and ideas, but said she simply MUST prioritize Pomodoro Sauce. This fresh tomato sauce is one of my all-time favorite summer recipes, and can be made with whatever tomatoes look best at your grocery store, farmer's market, or in the garden of your finca. 😉 I make this sauce constantly during the back half of summer and stock my freezer with it to thaw and enjoy all winter long. Viva tomato season...and Pasta Pomodoro! 🍅
