He about fell out of his chair. π True, the method is unorthodox, but it makes for the most delicious and juicy ham you will ever have in your life. No basting nor brushing required. It truly doesn't get easier or more delicious than Brown Bag Baked Ham. I honestly cannot wait to have a slice (or 7) on Christmas Day!
